Amazing service. Was able to assist me with group head gasket issue and gave me the correct part. Highly recommended and great to have this service in Canberra for coffee snobs like myself.

Paul did a comprehensive service of my Diadema Junior for far less than Cosmorex were estimating and he did an amazing job - replaced the necessary seals, rebuilt the steam valve, thorough internal clean and freed up some parts that were starting to stick. The machine feels like new and is making great coffee again. I can;'t fault the service and he's a nice bloke on top of all that!There's no signage at the front of the shop yet - it's the furthest right of the units.

Paul and the team are fantastic! I brought him an issue with my Rocket R Cinquantotto (R58), he dropped everything and went over and above to help fix the issue. I couldn’t recommend his services more highly.I’ll definitely be taking back my machine for its yearly service. 10/10.

After moving to Canberra from Hong Kong, the most important issue was servicing our sick Expobar coffee machine and you excelled, it's now working perfectly. I had to rescue our Expobar from a bad service guy and you worked over a weekend to help us for a reasonable price. I'm so glad I found you, I really can't thank you enough, love your work.

Paul is a top-notch bloke. Anyone in Canberra that might be looking for coffee machine advice, purchase or repairs would be doing themselves a favour if they take their business here. He is experienced, talented, and communicates frankly and honestly. If I have any drama in the future I will be coming back here. I also recommended him to all my family and friends.

Had my second hand machine stop working. The coffee tech guys worked out the issues and kept me updated every step of the way. He even had to call Italy to chat with the engineer who designed the machine correct the problem. Would use again

Absolutely awesome service and such a nice bloke too, most coffee machine service places request a non refundable service inspection and then the service ontop of that which is so annoying, but these guys break that trend which is fantastic, and they are well priced too! I would 100% recommend their service
