Their cappuccino is great but their milkshake is the most horrible one. I have tried their strawberry milkshake and it was literally melted strawberry icecream in a cup.

They are dodgy when it comes to the seniors discount. On weekends they will only give the seniors discount on one item if your lucky. With the deal for a coffee and a toasty you get charged the same price if you have tea instead even though their tea price is cheaper than the coffee price, the take away cup for that deal is smaller than the 3 display cups used for the normal takeaway so that deal is deceptive.
