I had been on the hunt for a rug and visited many other stores on the journey with no success. My Rugs at West Gosford proved to have the best range with so many different options that could have suited my space. The team at My Rugs know their products and the service is brilliant, friendly and very knowledgeable. I selected a beautiful Himalaya Ivory 2.3x3.3. Absolutely love how it looks at home. Tariq and his team were amazing! We decided to install our own hybrid floors and he went all the way from advising us how to install it ourselves and the best way to do it!Finding the colour and brand we want was a piece of cake with their advice and price wise was an excellent option for us. Showed some pictures of inspiration of what rug we wanted & they were incredibly helpful! I was in & out so quick, we absolutely love the rug! :) very happy. The rug even changes to darker blues when we vacuumed it a different way, so we can pick & choose what look we’re going for at any time.

Tariq is the most accommodating Manager I've ever dealt with. He and the great team of tradesmen completed a very professional job at my retirement village unit.Hydrid timber floors throughout and I also bought the most beautiful large soft cushioned rug for my loungeroom. Could not fault their workmanship, it was a complicate lay due to the older structure being just of diagonal lines to be mastered. Totally recommend - don't even think twice!
