Just sharing my amazing experience at Lakeside Wellness. Michelle is awesome and has looked after me now for some 6 months. It amazes me how some people can leave awful reviews for this business. I am also a plus size women and have never felt so comfortable with Michelle helping me over some serious health issues. Totally recommend their team 100%.

I had my first Reiki session with Ivan 2 years ago. The first one was incredible, really intense as he spent a while working on my body energies, he knows what he’s doing!!I’m still continue to get regular sessions and it’s always a pleasure to share my time with him and the best one that you can find in town ✨

I have been going to lakeside wellness for over a year now for a number of health reasons that general GPS and specialist could not seem to fix or help with. I was after non judgmental and alternative health guidance and got exactly that! Had a deep tissue massage the other day and left not only feeling better but also more educated on how to not get so tight/stiff in the first place!

Shelly is an exceptional massage therapist. I opted for the hour and a half session, which turned out to be a wise choice as it allowed her ample time to address the tight and painful areas of my body. Her technique is superb, and she possesses an innate understanding of the specific areas that require extra attention. Before beginning the massage, she conscientiously checks in to gauge how my body feels and to understand any specific concerns I may have. Shelly actively listens and accommodates my requests to focus on particular areas, ensuring a personalised and tailored experience.

Michelle and her team are amazing. Their new infrared sauna is so relaxing and great for my health. Her knowledge and experience as a naturopath to help my condition far exceeds the previous 2 doctors I have seen. Thanks Michelle.

Have been in to Lakeside Wellness four times now. I would definitely recommend their services. Even tried their new sauna as a treat. Very friendly staff and excellent prices. Best in Canberra.

Handy, clean, using the infra red sauna is warming to the bones and reenergising. I’m trying a massage next week.
