Good communication and timely maintenance when needed! At the end of our lease Nicole was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we got our bond back. They have a pre inspection before the final so u know for sure what is needed to be done (very helpful). All parties that we spoke to were kind and considerate, And very professional. The only thing that is a little bit annoying was the every three month inspection but like I said above Nicole was always a pleasure to see Andrew talk to.

Absolute pleasure dealing with this realestate. I have moved many times in the last 5 years and I can definitely confirm out of the 6-7 realestates i have dealt with being in qld and nsw I absolutely adore raywhite and they’re willingness to help with any matter at any time. My current realestate is very very rude and on the opposite scale to these amazing people.So a huge thankyou raywhite !!!You guys are legends ❤️

We recently engaged Ray White Wyong to rent out and manage our townhouse complex. Michael was fantastic in his communication and offered us a great deal which worked for us. He has been great to work with.Erin is a great agent who is very knowledgeable about the area and has great work ethic. She has been great throughout this process and has also been very helpful to the tenants as well. Highly recommend Ray White Wyong to anyone.

Alicia in particular is a fantastic property manager, she responds to emails & phone calls promptly & is always professional in our communications. We have recently started our lease through Ray White Coast Edge and Erin that is our property manager is from the beginning very professional yet kind and easy to communicate with. All the emails, questions, texts has been responded and any issues are well managed. The whole team is approachable, helpful and friendly. Beautiful customer service :) very refreshing to see that within real estate industry.

I have found the staff at Ray White coast edge to be friendly accessible and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble . Nicole has been very helpful with securing great tenants for our investment property, keeping us up to date with regular inspections and reporting maintenance issues so they can be promptly acted upon. I have been impressed with their whole team since we listed with them 5 years ago.
