Smart Fit Studio
I was a little nervous before my first appointment. I had no idea what to expect. The thought of being hooked up to a machine that sends impulses to my body was a little intimidating. The class was fun and in no time I was dripping in sweat then before I knew it it was over. I went home buzzing as if I had just finished a marathon. The next day my body felt like I had ran a marathon. That's after just a 20min workout in the EMS suit. Dmitri and Valentina are true professionals and dedicated to what they do. The gym is very clean and has a very friendly environment. I will definitely be back

Smart Fit Studio
Smart Fit Studio is a great new way of training. Coming from a professional combat sport background I have experience many different types of training but this has to be the most efficient of all.My first 20 minute session had my body feeling like I'd trained 2 hours but all of my joints felt great because of the low impact, low street movements.I would recommend this to absolutley anyone as the team do a great job of tailoring the sessions to the individual.
