I have been training at F45 Burwood for just over a month and am really enjoying all the classes. Gabe, Frankie and T are amazing team of trainers, supporting and pushing you to achieve your personal best. Thanks to the team for constantly challenging me! Results have been great so far!!!

I love training at F45 in Burwood. The team are extremely welcoming and accommodating. During covid my partner and I would travel to and from Sydney, with no hesitations we were able to suspend our membership months on end- can’t thank Frankie enough for this. The trainers are also motivating and work with you to achieve your goals, definitely a fun place to train :)

F45 Burwood is SIMPLY THE BEST !!! Been coming to F45 Burwood since they opened in their new location along Parramatta Road. All the trainers are FANTASTIC. Friendly, supportive and always with a smile. Especially when they push you that little harder to reach your personal limits. The suffering you're going through always seem to make the trainers smile even more, knowing that you're suffering ... almost dying literally. The gym is big and spacious, so you'll never feel like you're crammed up in a tiny room. All the members I've trained with are all friendly and overall, just a fun place to get fit, stay healthy and have fun at the same time. Highly RECOMMENDED F45 Burwood!!!

I have been going to F45 Burwood studio for nearly 2 years and have been addicted to the training program, and the trainers specially T and frankie to push me to achieve my goals. The trainers know when to lean-in and push you, and they are very supportive and understanding of the goals you wish to achieve. F45 Burwood have a chilled out vibe, fun and friendly environment. I would recommend this studio for people who need the push to achieve their goals and have fun doing it!

I love this F45 studio! The trainers are super friendly and helpful in correcting my form and pushing my limits. I have been with them for nearly 3 months (which is a record for me when sticking to a routine) and have seen a big change in my fitness and energy levels.
