BP Service Station Urraween
Every time we go here we are served by super helpful friendly staff. We love their sense of humour and cheerfulness no matter what time of day it is. No one has ever been rude to us and we have been filling our 2 cars here since they opened. The shop is always clean and tidy and the displays are creative. Fuel is expensive everywhere in the world and there are places out west way more expensive than Hervey Bay. It’s not any brand of service station employees fault. In our opinion BP Staff at Urraween do a great job welcoming customers, we will definitely continue to support them.

There has been a few times I have been here. I think I should mention that everytime I get served by Bobby he is rude. I cringe when he is behind the counter and I wish I got petrol somewhere else

Got fuel & drinks, the service attendant was super friendly. Got the car washed (assuming it belongs to bp as they are attached) the price to wash the car was good. The car was absolutely filthy & came up sparkling. Full manual wash cost me $14

I was getting smoke for my sister but didn't have the right one smoke and I have take back get refund but rude man won't refund the money back but again by the rules yes have to , guy said no don't refund the money you break the rule I said come money back now took other five to work out the Indian guy just beware of him. Yesterday.
