Dr Bali was born to do the job he does. I had my knee done. A knee replacement by the third week. I was zero use of crutches within two months. I was able to do all the jobs I need to do around my farm. This man is a blessing. I never thought my knee would be as good as what it is with all my heart I thank you Doctor you are the miracle that gave me back my life no knee pain, new knee, new leg, new life. After being admitted to hospital with a shattered heel I was attended to by numerous Doctors. Fortunately for me there was a Specialist Orthppaedic Surgeon onsite!!I met with Dr Bali who was both very professional and personable. I was faced with some serious decision making as to what my options were. Dr Bali explained clearly what these options were and provided advice on all options applying no pressure to make a decision straight away but to take time to think about my options.After making my decision I went ahead with surgery to put back together my jigsaw puzzle.I am so pleased with Dr Bali's surgery and after care. He has seriously gone above and beyond his duty of care. Dr Bali was there for me in my time of need and his follow up care has been nothing short of outstanding.My surgery was a success, I would see him again in a heartbeat and thoroughly recommend him to anyone.Thank you Dr Bali for your care, your time, you patience, commitment and professionalism throughout my journey.

Dr Bali treated my husband after a very serious motorcycle accident basically shattered the bones in his left arm. The original surgeon we saw was concerned about if they could even do the surgery here in the bay and raised concern about the arm being saveable! Dr Bali came in early hours of the morning after the accident and gave Dan and I a very thorough overview of the extent of the injury and presented us with a plan to not only repair the arm in two stages, but to try to restore as much capacity and movement back into the limb. We are three months post op now and Dan has continued to recover well. Dr Bali has not only seen him for all of his outpatient appointments but will stop and chat in the shops if he sees him too. It’s clear he truly cares about his patients. We are extremely lucky to have a peer reviewed and world recognised surgeon here in the wide bay!! I am an academic myself and have throughly enjoyed reading some of Dr Bali’s journal articles, which are published internationally. From my first contact with Kelly the friendly receptionist, to the compassionate, professional service by Dr Bali and his willingness to go further with his investigation and follow up (including a call on Sunday), this practice did everything they could for me.

Dr Bali really went above and beyond for me with service! From taking the time to call me at very short notice to discuss options and responding to my multiple messages promptly. Really can’t say enough good things about Navi and his expertise 10/10 would recommend for any surgery!

Doctor Navi straight away saw what was causing issues and now I am under his care to fix these problems.So looking forward to getting sorted out.

Dr Bali has been seen by both myself and my son. He has taken the time to explain the injury, treatment and management of the injuries. WOW, a fantastic practice.I was greeted by Kelly (the receptionist). What a breath of fresh air she is!! Nothing is too much trouble, she always has a smile on her face and puts you at ease. She is very professional and is an absolute pleasure to speak to.Dr Bali is great, very thorough, easy to talk to and follows through.Together Dr Bali and Kelly make a great team.Initially I was nervous when making my appointment, but, I needn't have worried, as I was in very capable hands.

Very refreshing to meet a surgeon who does not talk down to his patients. Dr Bali was excellent with treating my painful foot problem. He gave me all my options in a way that I could easily make a decision about whether to go ahead with surgery or try non-invasive options first. He spent a lot of time explaining things to me, he didn't try to rush through it and get me out the door like other surgeons I've been to. I hear that he is the only foot surgeon in Hervey Bay, I think we're lucky to have him.
