I contacted them more than 2 weeks ago enquiring their service of lodging a caveat. Upon confirming the engagement of their service, I asked the solicitor Debra to send me an email outlining what I need prepare as per the discussion over the phone. Understanding that she will be on holiday soon, I emphasised that the settlement date of the property and requested her to send me the email at least one week before settlement. When it’s one week before the settlement, I called RNG Lawyers again to follow up and was promised that my request would be passed onto Debra. Since I still haven’t received anything, I followed up again today and was advised that Debra is on holiday and they would ask another solicitor to contact me to facilitate this. And of course, I didn’t receive any call back from them today.I understand lodging a caveat may not be a big case for them and won’t bring a lot of financial benefits to their firm, but if they constantly cannot deliver what they promised, how can they service any client with diligence and quality work??? Really feel disappointed about them!
