I recently had an incredible experience with Karratha Panel and Paint. My brand-new car was unfortunately damaged in a car park. I approached the service staff, and with just a simple inquiry about the damage, I was blown away by their prompt response.Within a mere two minutes, they assess my car. The speed and efficiency was truly impressive. Not only did they thoroughly examine the damage, but they also wiped away the marks, restoring my car's pristine appearance. Best panel shop in the Pilbara. There's no where else to go if you need repairs, you won't even know the cars been damaged. Amazing attention to detail.

The comms where a little bit slack since I always had to follow up therefore it took them a while to repair my car, but the work was brilliant and very well done. They also gave my car a little wash and always had protecrive cover over the seats so they didn't make it dirty. Would recommend.

I had them do an insurance job for damage to my bull bar. All they did was mask up the quarter that was damaged and resprayed that. I now have a bull bar that is three quarters matt black and a quater gloss black and this took a week.

Had my back passenger door repaired on my Navara after it was dented in the shopping centre car park. KKP's quote was half the cost compared to the other panel shop in Karratha and they did the job on time. They even cleaned the car inside and out. The staff were friendly and the door is immaculate. Couldn't be happier with the result.

Poor front desk customer service. after waiting 3 weeks for a quote was informed they will not quote private repairs and for insurance repairs they will not quote without claim numbers and stated insurers do not need multiple quotes. regardless of their beliefs this is my insurers requirements.

Guys did an amazing job repairing paint damage from cyclone earlier this year. For a busy business the staff I interacted with (Chantel and Jerome) gave great customer service and the repair work was faultless, car looks brand new. A few times I had to chase them up to make a time to book the job in and for progress on the work but overall I would recommend highly.
