She was busy and little abrupt at first but managed to turn that around when pulled up by myself and husband to be when discussing our future options together..

I am only giving a 3 star because we do like our home.- [ ] Sales team interfered in solicitors process but couldn’t talk to solicitors so added to our stress asking questions already asked.- [ ] Told we had a drain in laundry and specifically asked sales team about this. Sales team lack knowledge around many issues. No drain then we were told by Customer Ambassador we didn’t hear that???- [ ] Told by customer ambassador to keep issues for 6 month maintenance then the maintenance team refused to fix it.- [ ] Capri 20 too small in kitchen and WIR and only shown displays with bigger kitchens. Have had to renovate already.- [ ] Company wide there is a lack of knowledge of processes, so we were told many wrong things by many staff. Conflicting information given constantly.- [ ] Houses have more wrong with them after first 4 and have seen this with own eyes due to a purchase by someone we know.- [ ] If you can’t use technology well, don’t expect repairs without using the “portal”. No accommodations made for people.- [ ] Not the worst building company but definitely not the best.
