I dealt with a gentleman named Barry and am extremely disappointed at the customer service given. First attempt he was to arrive at 9am and didn't so I called and he said he was going to be 2 hours later. So I reschedule the following day - same issue, except this time he comes 3 hours later. No courteous phone call on either day to say he'll be late, I had to be the one to phone him to see what was going on - zero respect for my time. Then when he finally arrives, he looks at the work and tells me it's going to cost more despite already giving me a price after I provided a photo and description of what was required. I don't appreciate my time being wasted and suggest you improve on your customer communication Barry.

Magnificent work by Hilly, took time out of his day to come and give me a fair quote on his services. Offered multiple solutions to my unique problem, went above and beyond to cater to my needs.He took his time to get the job right and brought his best work to the job. Gave his professional advice but also looked for my feedback to make sure it was suitable to my needs.10 out of 10 i would request his work again when needed.

Hilly was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic with our plumbing works. There was something that was not working afterwords and Hilly came back on the same day and persisted to fix it. Would be good if cleaning of the mess from the work was also included in the service
