They might have good pastry, but customer service is zero, just not existing.Wanted a gift voucher for my friends birthday. Got told, from the rude, unfriendly young lady, that I should come back mid of next week. She would not be able to give me a voucher right now. I took my business somewhere else and I will never , ever go back to that shop.If the owner is the only one who can print vouchers, then he should provide some training for his staff , especially then when they are all ready work there for several years.

OMG the pastries, cakes, slices & bread. What a quality Patisserie. My hisband had a Chocolate Mousse Ring, he said was amazing. I recommend their Crossants. Nice to find a greatcake place. Staff were very helpful & friendly!

Shoutout for the best French patisseries in QLD!! Tried most of their range of tarts, eclairs and cakes. Haven't had such high quality and tasty delicacies anywhere else. Really worth trying!

Outstanding and always consistently superb! What more can I say, we are so lucky to have this amazing patisserie at our nearby shopping centre :)Oct 2018 Update. Orangerie Patisserie now accepts payments via EFTPOS. Still the best patisserie in Cairns. The custom birthday cakes are always sensational :)

I ordered a custom cake - ginger and pear with cream cheese frosting for a 60th and it was absolutely fantastic!! Everyone loved it . It tasted delicious, it looked amazing and the team were more than helpful with having it ready for me. Thank you SO MUCH.

THANKS for an AMAZING 21st Birthday cake, truly a work of art and sooo very very delicious. WOW this birthday cake was so impressive. Many thanks to Simon and his friendly helpful staff who fitted it with our timeline. Definitely recommend a visit to try the many yummy cakes and pastries you will not be disappointed.
