Paul and team have always been incredibly friendly and helpful. Paul has always been great in understanding what treatment I need and what I should be doing following my appointments. I Would highly recommend the physio nook!

The staff here are wonderful, and the service top notch.I was suffering from a blocked milk duct for several days, and it got to a point where half my breast was rock hard - it was so painful and engorged that I feared mastitis was inevitable. The discomfort also prevented me from sleeping. Desperate, I called to book a next-available appointment with Tracy which would have been two days from when I called. Not long after, I received a call back from their receptionist letting me know that Tracy was happy to stay back just to see me that evening to help me out as she understands that long standing blocked ducts start to get fairly urgent.A good half of the swelling was taken care of with just that first appointment and made it more manageable for me to deal with the pain. The second appointment helped break up most of the clog, and there were only a few lumps left by the third subsequent appointment with hardly any pain felt in the area. Although it didn't unblock the duct, it managed to soften and move the clog along until I could eventually express it.Highly recommended! Thank you so much for your help!

After years of headaches I finally found Paul! I cannot recommend him enough - he is incredibly experienced and the posture assessment software was so valuable in showing me how much strain I was putting on my neck!
