Love the variety there! However sometimes when staff are new there, they don’t credit on your membership 10% off, and you don’t realise until you leave the store, the staff that have been there longer always do, something you should train the newbies on most definitely, other than that I love the candles here.

Worst ever Service received1. Denied to use the membership reason only .75cents off for too much hastle to type in"2. Purchased item given to us without wrapping the goods which resulted in scratches on glass.NEVER VISITING THIS STORE AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!"

First time I shopped here I paid a membership fee. I wasn't told it expires in six months time. I was led to believe that I can use the membership fee as part of purchasing any time. Turned out that offer had expired. Now why would a business ask to pay for membership when other businesses treat everyone as a member?They have good selections of products but I'm going back to shopping at David Jones for similar products.

Poor customer service from Bianca in store. She does not keep her word. Such a waste of time. Beware if you call on the phone before coming into the store and reserve the item she agrees to match discounts with the dusk online store BUT when you actually come in to the store the purchase the discounts are no longer honoured.

The staff was very impolite and rude, she insisted on me to buy a more expensive product without any reason and when I ended up to buy the cheaper one she got mad at me and served me very sarcastically, she literally throw the docket to me and left the counter angrily

I chose a diffuser to purchase that was on special, however the staff member there had a look out back and there were, in fact none for sale despite there being one on display. Very disappointing.. and then after I purchased a different diffuser, wasn't offered anything to use with it. But was given a candle care & safety tips brochure. I didn't purchase a candle!
