I was very happy with the service. The operator notified me 1/2hr before arriving and was very pleasant and efficient. He was unable to spray outside because it rained and came back another day to finish the job.

Had this company do my house once. Ok job but only guarantee for 6 mths so went to another company which I'm very happy with. Was honest and told them on the follow up call. Thanked them and asked them to remove me from their call list. Dozen calls later and they will not let up.

The worst company i have ever used had 2 different pest controls and they made the problem 3 t8mes worse went to a different company and problem solved will never use them again

Don’t use Ninja. Their sales person contacted me and sold me a pest treatment for $270 promising they would get rid of our cockroach problem. He said they would guarantee it for 6 months and come back in that time if there was still a problem.The person who did the treatment spent 15 minutes working and left.The cockroaches got worse if anythingI called Ninja back and they sent another technician out who was complaining and spent 5 minutes working.What a joke!These guys are big. Next time I will use a small independent operator who takes responsibility for their work.

Not an effective spraying what so ever, made no difference , still lots of ants, spiders, cockroaches and more, seems our money has been wasted.

Talked my very elderly father into a second inspection within 12 months. Quoted him over $300 and that's inspection only, no spraying! I called them at 5.05pm and listened to a recording telling me the operators are busy on other calls, asked to stay on hold. After 35mins of waiting I looked up the website to find they had closed? Maybe they should update their recording.
