This was meant to be a special cake for a suprirse 25th I was so disappointed it looked terrible and taste was no better. Previously I have liked there cakes but when u want something important I recommend go elsewhere. They did try to correct the look which made it look a but better but not to what was expected so so disappointed never going there again

Great looking and tasted nice I do think however customer special order cakes starting from $99.95 is high, feel like we didn't get value for such a simple design (we added the toppers) and were rushed into ordering felt very uncomfortable both separate occasions, second time my partner was told there was no cake to pick up and went home to collect receipt. I would like to say we will be back but I feel like for value and how awkward the interactions were I think we will stick to premade cakes but thank you on this occasion the cake itself was great.

Bought our usual favourite black forest cake today for my wifes bday today, has the recipe changed?? disappointed with the taste and dryness of sponge as none of that delicious cherry flavours through sponge anymore

We ordered a custom gender reveal cake for my daughters gender reveal party. The cake decorating was really good but the cake was supposed to be ombré coloured inside but the top two layers were beige and the last layer was red so we assume the baby’s a girl. The cake was rubbery and dense and sickly sweet. Wasn’t worth the money I paid. Great staff but awful cake.

We bought a cake from them today, and all the other cheesecake shop has been able to write a message on our cake but they couldn’t. Which was okay, but when we ended up going to the other cheesecake shop so we can have our cake written on top they also pointed out that the best before of our cake was 3 days way too long, it was best before nov. 18 instead of nov. 15. We also ended up comparing the cake we bought from the same cake in the other store; it was not as appealing as the other shop’s, it was missing white chocolate pieces, the cheesecakeshop chocolate, chocolate coating in the strawberry.It pays to check and compare the cake you’re buying from the other shops, you will realise how different their standards are.
