Best experience ever! Stacey was amazing! Super friendly, polite and very helpful. She made the whole process so easy and uncomplicated. I am super busy and I didn’t have a lot of time and she helped me find everything I wanted in about 15mins.It is so rare to experience great customer service like that in Gympie!Well done Stacey!!

We visited OMF, Gympie, after trying a variety of other mattress stores beforehand, and can honestly say, that Lena, the Manager, made shopping for a mattress effortless. She was informative and helpful and not pushy in the slightest, encouraging us to take our time to try out a good variety of mattresses. We liked the fact that we didn't have a salesperson in our ear the whole time, but that she was on hand for any questions. When we did decide, Lena made sure that we got it for the best price possible. Would highly recommend this store.

I'm so happy with the service I received from Lena at OMF Gympie. I got a mattress which didn't end up suiting my needs so I used my 200 night comfort guarantee to replace it with a better choice for me. Just purchased the plush super king mattress, with the base and bedhead. The store manager Lena, assisted myself and my partner. Lena was extremely helpful, insightful and kind - she truly cared about us and our purchase! I would highly recommend coming to OMF Gympie and seeing Lena and her team she will certainly help anyone that’s wanting to purchase a new bed!

Popped into the Gympie OMF store to buy a couple of beds and a mattress. We received some outstanding service from Stacey who knew her product offering inside out. She listened to our needs and 20 minutes later, we had purchased our new beds and mattress. Stacey delivered some good old fashioned customer service that is so hard to find these days.
