Great value printers, been using them for years. The staff are super helpful and go out of the way to make sure you get the best print job. Highly recommend!

I recently placed an order from Australian Trade Printers and have never been more disappointed and frustrated in dealing with a company. I have had to constantly email back and forth to try and get a delivery date as they take a LONG time to deliver. When my business cards arrived, they were absolutely disappointing. I could have printed better business cards if I printed them at home. I've emailed the lady (Lisa) and they admitted to the fault of their that it was not centered but it has been 5 days and they are ignoring my emails for a solution. This was embarrassing for me and my partners as we had an expo to go to and couldn't hand out our business cards. I will be reporting this company to fairtrade and taking this further as they should be decommissioned.

I have been using ATP as my preferred printer for many, many years now.They have never disappointed in customer service, product quality or good value pricing.I highly recommend them and I will continue to be a loyal ATP client for many years to come.

AVOID. THEY WILL NOT MISS DEADLINES, AND LEAVE YOU WITHOUT FLIERS.Ordered fliers on 14th January for an event in Perth, was led to believe the turn around time would be 3 days....lies. Called them up when the fliers weren't delivered in time for my event's start. They explained that the turn around time was actually 10 days....sigh. They said they would get me an emergency batch of 250 delivered (I ordered 5000) by Tuesday 22nd (not sure whey they couldn't have done them all) and the remainder by Friday 25th January.As of today 30th January my fliers STILL have not been delivered and I am now being informed that Victoria is very far away from Perth so what did I expect?! If they has just said they couldn't deliver the fliers in the first place I would have ordered them elsewhere.My event finishes on the 1st February. The current ETA for my fliers arrival is 6th February. A mere 5 days after my event finishes. Avoid if you are going to have to rely on ATP to deliver promptly for you business needs - they are seemingly incapable. On a plus note they do have a sense of humour, they have offered me a discount on my next order. Knowing full well I will never order from them again. And neither should you.If you have a business do not trust it with the people.

I have been dealing with Australian Trade Printers for quite a few years. I have found there service to be excellent, the quality is outstanding & they always deliver even when an order is urgent.There attention to customer customer service is outstanding & I would happily recommend them to anyone wanting a no nonsense experience & enjoy great products at great prices.

Despite the difficulties generated by the current pandemic Australian Trade Printers has provided an excellent service printing my second book. They have produced a quality item at a reasonable price in a timely manner and have provided excellent communication along the way. Highly recommended.

I’d ordered some samples from Australian Trade Printers, I wasn’t sure if they received my message, but they sent a really comprehensive sample pack to help pick a commercial printer. The pack include sampledocuments with the exact finishes and detailed information on each sample .Thank you!

AVOID! If I could give a zero star I would. I cant complain about the customer services because THERE IS NONE! It is absolutely the most frustrating company I have ever had to deal with.I have consistently emailed and recontacted to get items printed with little to no response. They lose our artwork (which apparently is to stay on our account login but never has). I have tried to be patient and use these guys, however I am done. The frustration of not getting a damn response has me seeking an alternative printer. They used to be amazing, but the past 2 years, omg never again. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Have been using ATP for a few years and always had a great experience and quality result. Definitely recommend :)
