I tried to purchase a queen bed frame from the Kingston store, but they didn't have any, so one of the helpful staff called the Bridgewater store to see if they had any in stock, which apparently they did! However, when I showed up they didn't have queen bed frames, only singles, an error of judgement it appeared. Although I was forgiving after they promised to find a bed frame and deliver it, which never happened. Weeks later I have tried calling up but no one has any idea what's going on so I've just given up. Thanks for wasting my time. Unfortunately the store has very poor management.

Management needs to have a chat about the older dark haired man. The way he spoke to his customers was terrible. I listened how he spoke to the older couple infront of me and was horrified. Had no choice my turn was next and he really needs re-training. Other than this the store and other staff are a helpful. Makes me not want to go in ever again

A kind boy that said he normally works at newnorfolk shiploads provided great passionate customer service that you don't often see elsewhere these days. It was noticeably superlative.

Bit better now theyve increased their stock. The chick that served me had a bad B.O. Problem tho. Was a shame as she was quite pretty and friendly but left with a negative as per personal hygiene. Despite that. The shops good. Staff always seem happy
