Staff great cheerful and helpful, units fabulous i feel safe all amenities thwre if needed and staff always ready to assist where they can.

We were in desperate need of storage space and the staff not only were able to offer a small unit on such short notice, but they were also very helpful. The process was very easy and seamless and we can't thank them enough for helping us out at this difficult time.

The team at Complete Self Storage Capalaba were great. The facility was always clean and accessible, and had great security. They were very competitive with their pricing and we’re always quick to respond to any emails or queries I had. I would highly recommend this facility and would not hesitate in returning if required in the future.

This place went above and beyond expectations! They were super friendly, even taking the time to draw me a map of where my unit was located.Upon moving out of storage, the owner was nice enough to bring out cold drinks for us. Everything was easy and even had the free use of trollies etc. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place, only one price increase over 2 years and it was due to covid, was only $8, place is always well maintained, clean and free of pests like cockroaches. The entire team there are extremely helpful and uncommonly kind and I'm sad that I no longer require their services.

Very positive experience storing our things over an extended period with Complete Storage before moving to our new house. This is a very conveniently positioned, secure, clean, modern & well run facility in the heart of Capalaba. We have no hesitation recommending Complete Storage to anyone.Sam, Kerri and the team looked after us very well. Unexpectedly on moving day we couldn’t fit all of our things into one storage unit that we had previously booked. No problem Sam quickly arranged for a second unit suited to accomodate the rest of our gear. Without any hesitation Sam offered also us a considerable discount for hiring the two units together.Thank you Complete Storage, arranging for the storage of our belongings was the least hassle of all the jobs you have to do when moving house.Mike & Donna
