I really appreciated the service I received today at Currumbin Cartridges n' More. Because I rely on my printer for university work, studying for a Psych Science degree it's important to have things printed in a timely manner. The refill I bought this morning was not printing properly so I called the store and Mark kindly helped me out to having it running within 5 minutes. He was personable and professional, thank goodness for people that care about their customers not just doing a job!

I realised in a panic that I had no printer ink left only a couple of days before Christmas, so I did a ring around and the only place on the Gold Coast that had the cartridges I needed was Cartridges 'N' More Currumbin. The only thing was that they were closed for Christmas. Grant came to the rescue, offering to open up the next day to get my cartridges and when I couldn't get there to pick them up at the time - he even packaged them up and left them for me at the Service Station across the road - with a handful of Fantales! I cannot speak more highly of the customer service offered by Grant - truly exceptional. Thank you.

Really happy with the service I received at the currumbin store yesterday. Service was very friendly and he knew his stuff. I saw that he was busy working on a computer when I arrived and I did not have to wait at all to recive great service. Thanks guys - Keep up the good work

Be careful here they don’t take faulty return. Ridiculously overpriced for cheap quality duplicate stuff. Half of the items are old stock which they haven’t sold for long time.

Waited outside more than 20 mins tobe sarcastically greeted by staff member stating 'I was at lunch and am not a robot'. At 3.45 pm didn't expect that greeting and would not recommend this business as public relations skills need seriously brushing up. Highly unprofessional! Appreciate that I didn't have equipment ready for staff to assist when door opened. I'd strongly advise that the staff member learn some skills when dealing with customers as first impressions last. Trying to support local businesses isn't always a sure thing!
