Rhi was AMAZING! She planned, styled and coordinated our wedding in April this year, and we are so happy and grateful for everything Rhi did. The styling was absolutely perfect and Rhi was experienced in all the requirements for a wedding on a family property. Rhi was always approachable, relaxed, friendly, and responsive to any of any requests, no matter how small. We cannot speak highly enough of RSE.

She completely understood our vision and brought it to life better than we imagined.Rhianna's organisation skills are second to none, and it eased the pressure greatly on us, knowing all our vendors were looked after, and that the day would run smoothly (even with a quick pivot to a wet weather plan, which went perfectly!)If there is one thing we would recommend to couples planning their wedding, it's a wedding coordinator - the knowledge they bring is invaluable, and Rhianna is the best of the best!

We engaged Rhianna as our on the day wedding co-ordinator for our wedding at home in the Southern Highlands in April this year and we are SO glad we did. From the beginning Rhianna was calm and responsive and went above and beyond to answer our questions and work with us to bring together our perfect day. She was highly organised and created an excellent run sheet which had our day running extremely smoothly. Having your wedding at home can add a whole level of stress on the day regarding logistics but honestly I can say I didn't feel that once. Rhi communicated seamlessly with vendors and even with our MC to make sure that my new husband and I, and our families, could really soak up every moment without stress. Thank you Rhi!

I worked with Rhi to put together a unique event - a combined 50th birthday party and non-profit organisation launch with a luxe 70s disco theme. As a perfectionist, I was hesitant to hand the event planning over, however I am so beyond grateful I put my trust in Rhi. She managed to bring my Pinterest board ideas to life and decorate our venue more beautifully than I could ever have imagined. She also took all the party planning weight off my shoulders, not only on the day, but in the weeks prior such as with organising our DJ & signage. I could not have pulled off this event without her. Rhi is organised, responsive, collaborative, efficient and so generous with her time and attention. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Rhi and I could not recommend her more highly for anyone needing help putting together any type of personal or professional event.

My (now) husband and I engaged Rhi to plan our wedding for us, which was a week or so ago now. I honestly cannot give her enough praise for the work she does. Originally we planned on having a traditional wedding and after a few weeks, changed our mind and decided we wanted a small ceremony and lunch with family, followed by a big party with friends a few days later. This wasn’t too much trouble for Rhi and she turned around two amazing events in a matter of a few months.Every detail was perfect, the vendors she works with are all incredible, her professionalism is second to none and she’s such a warm and lovely person.We knew how much time and effort planning a wedding requires and with demanding jobs and a uni degree on foot, asking Rhi to help was a no brainer. Our wedding was such a stress-free experience. I felt like Rhi knew exactly what we were after and just made it happen like the magician that she is!I can’t recommend Rhi’s services highly enough. I’m actually sad it’s all over and we won’t be talking as often anymore!!If you’re thinking about planning your next event and want some help, Rhi is your woman!!

We were fortunate enough to have Rhianna as our wedding coordinator and we simply would not have had such an amazing day without her help! Rhianna is organised, knowledgeable and professional. She worries about the small stuff so that you don’t have to! From timing the ceremony music to setting up the cocktail hour - the whole day ran smoothly because of her! I cannot thank or recommend Rhi enough for her help with planning my wedding day. Rhi took so much of the stress and pressure off me in choosing vendors, liaising with them on my behalf, etc. but on the day I was so calm knowing that I had Rhi there to make sure everything went smoothly from start to finish - which it absolutely did. Having Rhi in your corner to make sure your dreams come to life is so special. My wedding was the best day of my life and I have no doubt all of Rhi's help contributed to that. I had the absolute BEST vendors, all out of Rhi's suggestions. Rhi will always come highly recommended by me. If you are looking to have a stress free wedding day, Rhianna is the way to go! If anything did go wrong, I didn't have any idea, my husband and I had the smoothest wedding day and that is almost entirely because Rhianna was running around, 10 steps ahead of everyone else! Leading up to the wedding she was a great support as well, and the speediest replier to emails!

We were so lucky to be recommended Rhianna's services to organise our wedding. She was beyond helpful. Everything was taken care of. Her connections were useful and not something we had access to. Her ability to negotiate last minute changes (canceling wet weather options plans with no charge!) was amazing. Attention to detail was second to none. We almost didn't see her at all on the day (unless something important had to be done). All our guests kept commenting how much she did on the day and how friendly all the staff were. Rhianna was the most talked about feature" of our wedding. No regrets at all. Worth all the money.
