Ashgrove West Group Practice
Terrible experience, I had Dr Martin who was disagreeing with my symptoms and refused to prescribe correct medication and dosage. I had severe issues because of this. Switched practices and this was dealt with swiftly. I also informed the reception of this complaint and there was no follow up or even feedback by the practice manager to a situation that cost me big $$$ let alone the appointment cost. Most unprofessional and insensitive.... not what you want in your local doctor.

Ashgrove West Group Practice
I have been to Ashgrove west three times. The first two times I saw a female doctor (Sarah), who was great! She was thorough in diagnosis and follow-up. I just went a third time as a final follow-up and saw who I believe is the principal doctor and practice owner, Phillip. As part of the checkup, he asked my profession, and when I gave my two-word reply, snapped at me: stop talking so fast. You young people always talk too fast. Slow down

Ashgrove West Group Practice
I've been attending this practice for just over one year now and have found it to be extremely welcoming with excellent health care. The GPs, nurses and reception staff are devoted to patient health and are extremely personable. I love that most of the staff remember me each visit and greet me as I enter. I will definitely be attending this practice for a while.

My 10 year old Josh seen Dr Ryan Duell yesterday and when we left my son said “I really like the Dr” considering only other things he really likes is pokeman and minecraft this is a huge compliment

Not a single staff member wearing a mask except for one doctor. Not asking the patients to wear any either. Very disappointing. Decided not to make this my medical practice. Appointments were also running very late and patients weren't being told.

Started going to Ashgrove West as our normal GP was always full and not accommodating of urgent issues for my young kids. We have seen 3 different doctors and they have all been great. They have been great during covid times as they have a separate room downstairs and are happy to see kids with respiratory symptoms.

Doctors are good but probably not worth all the interactions outside of the room-30 minutes late is a good day, reception not particularly welcoming or accomodating. After a long time attending I don’t plan on returning.

All of sudden become my favourite GP around. Very friendly service at the front desk also very kind doctors. My son loves Dr William Kuo.
