Termitrust Pest Control Central Coast

Exceptionally poor experience. Not only did they not show up on two occasions in the one day, they also had our contact details incorrect and did not advise us. We had to call them. When I escalated a complaint to the Operations Manager Michael, he proceeded to get defensive and even indicated that we were somehow to share in the blame. Total lack of responsibility on his behalf. He then told me to go elsewhere and hung up on me rather than working out a resolution. This is the 1st time in my life I've ever written a poor review about a business but I was so stunned and upset by how we were treated I simply couldn't stop myself. Worst customer experience I can remember.

I am very happy with the pest spray done recently, all of the creepy crawlies have disappeared. The technician was very professional, friendly and informative. Will definitely be calling again next year. Highly recommend, great company!!

We had the house sprayed for cockroaches a month ago but it did not work, the cockroaches are still running around.Just spoke to them and we need to pay more money for a second treatment even though I told them when getting a quote and during appointment what bugs we had.Now booking in a different pest company to do the job correctly!

Had them come out to check for termites as I was adamant it was an issue - told there was no problem.Got them out again to check and told still not an issue without the guy even looking and explained until they fly out your wall your fine, clearly not happy with that answer I rang a different company, they found a nest straight away when I explained what was happening.Must have got there training off the back of a cereal box.

I recently had Termitrust out to spray my home. I always do book my pest sprays with them and have been using them for years. I absolutely loved the service all round. The ladies that helped book an appointment recently were so friendly and professional, they booked in a date and time that best suited my needs, they were just lovely. The man that came out recently was also so professional and friendly, he took the time to answer all my questions in relation to the chemicals and how they may affect my little family, he put my mind at ease, he was extremely polite and professional. I would recommend Termitrust to anyone. They are amazing and I always feel better knowing my home is protected from bugs. I will be using them again. Thank you

I have found Termitrust Central Coast to be thorough and very professional. I've today had a pest treatment and termite inspection by Joe from Termitrust who has serviced our home at Narara previously. He was very thorough and did not rush the job in any way. I've always been satisfied with Termitrust and would happily recommend them.

I booked in for an inspection and spray. I even mentioned it was my first time so I asked if I need to empty cupboards and they said no, just to have the guy show up and say Oh they should have told you to empty them"Then to have him look at the house for the inspection. To say all was good.Something wasn't sitting right with me and I wasn't happy with the inspection so I decided to save up and get a new one with a different company.Turns out I have termites and they are in the house

Felt ripped off. Came to our 2 storey house and the whole job was completed in 20 minutes including dusting inside the roof. Cockroaches returned in 3 weeks. No thanks.

We had a termite inspection and were very happy with the overall experience. They were on time and very courteous. Because we had a baby in the house he made sure we knew when he would be making a lot of noise. I would definitely recommend them.
