First time having a mobile dog grooming service and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. They couldn’t fit the trailer in my apartment building (which I didn’t specify at the time of making the appointment) but they were so nice and offered to take my dog to their own home and drop her off when finished. They took pictures along the way to let me know how my dog was doing. I felt so comfortable. They are so professional and I can see that they really take pride in what they do and enjoy working with dogs. Thank you so much!

Good Service

This service is an absolute joke. I was booked in to have my dog groomed at 9:30am. I took my dog to the park early morning so he could let some energy out so he would be calm during the process and make it easier for the groomer. I was back home by 9:20 to find that she had come and left by 9:10 (20 mins before our appointment). I called and messaged multiple times and she just ignored me and did not respond. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service at all. Terrible communication and very unprofessional. Terrible first time experience. Since you want to claim it's fake I've added a screenshot of the booking. It was under Mary Agostino as I got married, my google is in my old surname.
