Char is a wonderful kinesiologist. She is very caring and empathetic and helps you feel safe whilst working with her. During my session, we were able to identify what stressful event my issue was originally triggered by, which was quite enlightening. I highly recommend Char, she definitely has a way of making you feel At Ease". I look forward to more sessions with Char."

Such a great experience - Char is so present, intuitive, and gentle in her approach. She really listens, and guides you throughout the whole session to make sure you get the absolute best out of it. A genuinely caring and thorough practitioner, who immediately makes you feel that you’re in safe hands. My session was facilitated online via Zoom and I didn’t feel at any stage that that was an impediment to the treatment working. Would highly recommend.

Char creates a wonderful safe, open minded space to express yourself in her sessions. She exhibits a high level of empathy and has a wide range of knowledge and understanding of all the components of kinesiology that impact the mind, body and spirit. She has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and provides a well grounded holistic approach. Char also provides you with support post session which stands her above other practitioners. Highly recommend seeing Char at At Ease Kinesiology for some sessions!

Char is exceptionally authentic, grounded and warm which has made it possible to develop a trusted and genuine client-therapist relationship - which isn't always easy to achieve! She demonstrates extraordinary compassion and interest in supporting my personal development and is very insightful throughout our sessions. I leave our sessions feeling energised, hopeful and inspired. Highly recommended kinesiologist.

Char is amazing! I knew I needed some help dealing with issues and wanted a holistic approach. Char popped up in my FB feed, it's like the Universe knew I needed her. I booked a 4 session package and it is the best thing I've done for myself in a long time. Char is a beautiful, kind, empathetic woman who provided a safe, nurturing environment to help me work through some issues. I still have some work to do and I'm confident that with Char's help I will get there. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is fantastic.

I didn't know much about Kinesiology but heard it was a great alternative to my current treatments. After only just one treatment I noticed a significant change in my overall wellbeing. It was easier to achieve my goals after setting my intentions and my sense of self was so much stronger. I started with fortnightly sessions with Char (who absolutely sets the right tone for the sessions) and now I have a balance" every few weeks. Well worth it!"
