Shell Coles Express Camberwell

Went here yesterday to hire a trailer. The employee working here was super nice and friendly. And apologetic as it took a while to get the trailer to work.Good customer service

Friendly service however beware - prices are much higher than those at normal Coles stores. Very handy for a quick drink or snack but prepare to spend!

They call them self a Coles express and the don't have thickened cream . What a joke

My usual go to place for fuel and coffee (if necessary). Friendly staff. Always happy to serve. Never had a bad experience. It is a fuel station with Coles Knick knacks. Nothing to complain, though.

Disgusting customer service... just asked for the bond street smokes.. it was mentioned clearly... 25’s cost 25.95 ... and ‘NARESH’ scanned JPS26 I and says it 28.95... He was saying it’s a price change.. and it just changed... I was waiting for his apology.. not that it’s compulsory.. but it’s his minimum common sense.. I said him “just be sorry”... he started arguing “I already said sorry” and was effing angry. I said” if the price 28.95 is clearly audible, sorry should be audible”. It’s horrible that these type of guys do customer service. I also worked as customer service attendant and would never like to complain on one.. mate u lost it. It’s “NARESH”.. never ever going to this store and let my Frnds come here

How come a service station opened without a toilet ?

Friendly staff. One of the few Shell outlets with U95 in the vicinity. Prices aren’t always the best but no point spending on U98 when you don’t need it.
