Will never use this company. Not because I had a bad experience with their plumbing but because a driver of one of their vehicles (Car 77) was driving like a maniac on the Western Ring Road and Pascoe Vale Rd exit (3-3:15pm Tuesday 4 December). Broke about 5 road rules and treated other road users with disdain. If that’s how their employees treat others then I’m not letting them anywhere near my house!

Just realised that there was barely any reviews in response to the excellent service, professional advice and great products provided over the years from the boys at glenroy.Never had a dilemma that Sam and erhan in particular couldn't help me out of. Deliveries, advise, stock and just every thing you would look for in a plumbing supply store. Great prices, friendly staff and amazing service, been around abit and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks team and keep up the great work.

Took 5 to 10 minutes for someone to come out into the showroom, was walking around like I was the only person in the whole building. When someone did come out they were little to no help and came across very rude. It was like I interrupted their smoko and they were annoyed. I was intending on buying items for the bathroom but I will never return to any of their stores.

I went in this morning for the first time to get help with a leaking kitchen tap. This lovely lady in the showroom was really helpful and knowlegable. Another gentleman also helped me from behind the trade counter. Considering they were quite busy, I got the assistance I needed whilst my queries were resolved. A family member of mine is a licensed plumber and also speaks quite highly of them. He has been a customer of McCanns for approximately 3 years. He always mentions that their prices are cheaper than other suppliers & service is swift.
