book an appointment for my kid at 4 pm .. waiting from 3:50 to 4:50.. no response from staff members . If it takes long time don’t gave short term appointments . ( this is our first and last visit ever)

Wouldn't recommend! Be careful before you choose either to do roots touch,hair colour,foils &keratin smooth!I dont think so the hair dresser &apperantice have a good experience with this!my hair damage 1st with hair colours(foils)&the 2nd with keratin smooth!So please think before you all want get hair done!

Couldn’t recommend more, the girls are lovely and it’s a family environment I feel, was so happy with my hair, my hairdresser even put a beautiful shaved pattern that I’ve never had before. It is a busy salon and they will always attend to you when you need it. Go girl xx

Sarah was EXTREMELY rude. The way she spoke to her apprentice was disgusting. I over heard her talking bad about people who send their kids to the public school.She kept saying stuff insinuating that I wasn’t going to pay for my appointment.Overall just a horrible person and I will never be going back.

Lovely staff have been there a few times especially when Sarah was at her old hairdressing place in Mulwala great work girls

absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a hairdressing salon. At one point, the owner told an apprentice to check that my foils were not bleeding??? she had no idea what that meant, another staff member then came over and asked her if she knew what the owner meant.. she said no. Then I was sitting at the basin with toner in my hair, staff member applied toner and went on her break. No one else listened for the timer. Obviously it had been in way too long, as they then had an arguement over whose responsibility it was to listen for the timer ... the staff member replied well when I went on my break and there was still 5 minutes to go".My hair was wrecked. I came out with totally patchy
