Julie and Courtney are fantastic with our furry friend. Our Labrador loves going in and always stop by for a look to see if anyone’s in there. No fear of (dog) doctors at all.

Although our cat Pixel would give a 1 star (she hates vet trips in general), we give it a 5.She’s been coming here since she was a kitten and always gets the best care from the experienced vets and nurses.

Took my dog in there in an emergency today, without an appointment because I'd driven down from my home in Galston without seeing a massive paralysis tic in the dog's head.Staff were brilliant. The dog is now fine. I'm amazingly grateful. Can't recommend the place highly enough.

I want to thank Vaucluse Vet for all the care and support they have given me and my pet Ridley over the last few years.Their care and profession has always been amazing. My dog who, being a rescue with a troubled past, has always been hesitant towards strangers, had never felt uncomfortable with anyone at the clinic.Both vets and nurses have also been so attentive and caring and their care have helped even in the most difficult circumstances.Unfortunately, my pup Ridley passed away due to an incurable cancer a couple of days ago. The last 6 months cancer put an enormous toll on both his health and my emotional state. The team at Vaucluse Vet was an invaluable source of support to help us during these difficult times.

Absolutely wonderful care. Considerate, caring and helpful vet and vet nurse staff - Julie and Amy were extra wonderful and communicated with me regularly about the health status of our dog. Thank you for the work that you do to support and care for our animals <3
