Lied from start to finish. Stated wife's hearing was gone in right ear then said left is bad to if don't get fixed asap will loose balance. Etc. Went to other hearing around area said minor lose only in right ear. Only nothing on left side advised what Bay audio said they Laught complete rubbish and 2 times the costing off there compatible hear aid stores steer clean from this group.

Don't trust bay audio if there slack I ordered new hearing aids and they were supposed to ring me in a week to let Me know my devices have arrived at the store this was back in October 2022 and I've never received a call I've now been without them since September last year not happy given they ripped me off at the Caloundra store I may never go near bay audio again it's not worth the stress
