Staffs are friendly. They operate robot accompany by staff. The chicken curry and chicken wrap are recommended to try when you visit this cafe, as well as the chocolate cake.

Friendly staff. Self guided tour through the museum which can take up to 45 mins depending on if you want to do all the activities. At $18, I thought it was priced well. Games were fun.

Alot of fun and well worth spending a bit of time here. Plenty of free chocolate samples and chocolate prizes from playing the games. I found it interesting and the kids loved it. Good quality chocolate and reasonably priced for both the factory and cafe.

Ordered waffle and ice-cream. Description said with premium ice-cream. What I got was a vanilla ice-cream scoop with ready to eat waffle from super market. The price was $9.50.

Had the satay chicken wrap, it was delicious, flavoursome, filling and reasonably priced ($10.5 but it's big enough to fill 2 people up). I would agree that the chocolate is a bit overpriced, but otherwise, I think the lunch sets are pretty tasty and affordable! The fish and chips is very crunchy as well... and oh my, the salad is so so fresh! Would probably return when I come back again sometime :)

Dining room wasnt full but staff didnt seem to have a handle on things, waited around 10 minutes for hot chocolate. When it came it was watery and tasted like out of a can. Cheap tasting chocolate samples and minimum spend eftpos policy was baffling, this is regarding the gift shop.

Things has changed now after the lockdown. Waiter/waitress has been replaced by a smart robot that send your orders. The place was busier now especially on the weekends. However, I must say the foods are not so great. The only thing they aced is the curry, but the rest are just average. My partner ordered fried chicken, and it was dry as. The chocolate price has increased which is understandable. Overall is a OK.
