Rami was recommended to me by a co-worker of mine after my original plumber pulled out of the bathroom renovation I had hired him for. He came just hours after I had called him and he was not only professional but provided the best quality. Excellent communication. Recently got gas cooktop and line installed. Scheduled time provided and all met. Reasonable Quote. Pre- visit to evaluate job and ensure it was able to be completed as planned. Whole experience was good and easy. Rami from Plumingo was fabulous during my renovation. He assisting during the demolition of the Kitchen and 2 bathrooms and then worked on the renovation and fitout of the kitchen, bathrooms and a new laundry. Horrendous Experience with Plumbing Services - Steer ClearI am writing to share my incredibly distressing and downright disastrous experience with a plumber from this company (Plumber Campbelltown). This encounter was, without any shadow of a doubt, the absolute worst I have ever had. This person displayed an unacceptable level of incompetence and unprofessionalism.The job I hired him for, costing 5000 AUD, involved relocating a hot unit, handling piping, and installing a vanity. Regrettably, the final outcome was far from what any reasonable person would deem satisfactory. His lack of skill and experience became clear when he drilled an excessive number of holes into the vanity, clearly showing his inability to correctly install it.His carelessness became blatantly evident when the installed pipes and valves started leaking post-installation, leading to the vanity rotting. Instead of owning up to his mistakes and fixing the issues, he shrugged it off, stating that rectifying these issues was not part of his job. He even had the audacity to offer no guarantee for his work. The leaks he neglected led to the complete rotting of the vanity, a disaster he dismissed with a casual I don't know what happened."What made the whole experience even more dreadful was his incredibly rude demeanor and his complete indifference towards the serious damage his substandard work had caused.
