Tim and Caitlyn are very professional and dealing with them was an absolute breeze, they held a car for me after a customers finance unfortunately fell through (fortunate for me) even though i wasn't 100% on purchasing (I eventually did). I don't often purchase from car yards, but I would definitely return to buy another car if another Gem pops up!
