OMEGA Boutique - Chadstone

Just got my Seamaster Aqua terra yesterday! Served by Charlene with respect and outstanding customer service par excellence, she was very professional and friendly, 100% satisfaction!! Massive thanks to the Omega Chadstone team. Will definitely come back and recommend to my friends!

My mom came in to browse at first and the outstanding customer service we got from Cherry had definitely won us over. She was very friendly, understanding and professional as my mom doesn’t speak English. Lots of thanks to the team today!

One cannot expect anything less than superior service from a luxury brand. I took one of my wife’s Omega watches for service a couple of months ago. Due to the cost of the watch the service was expensive, just below $1,000. We were very happy when we were informed that the watch was ready for collection. I went to collect the watch today, being a Sunday I was in jeans and a casual sweater. The female staff who was at the entrance took my receipt without much of an acknowledgment. The man in a suit totally ignored me and casually walked behind the counter as if I never existed. Obviously he had already made up his mind that my money was not worth it. I purposely went up to him and greeted him, just to make him feel that there are common courtesies and that I deserved some acknowledgment as a customer. The staff at 7 Eleven demonstrate a better service.The customer service was pathetic.

I came in over the weekend with my wife to purchase my first Omega.I was in the store several times before I made my decision and every single time I had wonderful service. The team is very knowledgeable and friendly. Even when I mentioned that I’m not ready to buy yet, they still gave me unconditional attention and made me feel very comfortable.I am very happy with my Speedmaster and will definitely return soon to purchase a watch for my wife. The Omega Technician was very helpful as well and he gave me few advices on how to maintain my watch. Great experience.

Thank you to Cherry for her wonderful service. The staff at the boutique were all lovely and welcoming. Certainly made the purchase experience even more special. Will be back next time for the next omega purchase.

Served by Cherry and was given a very good experience. She patiently showed me different watch types and even measured her wrist as a comparison point for my girlfriends! Felt very welcome there. Was even offered a sparkling water! Ha.

Nice watches but was greeted with bad customer service. VERY disappointing!!Yesterday morning I went into Omega Chadstone and was interested in purchasing a watch with my wife. Once the friendly security guard let us through, I was met with a cold and robotic hello.. How can I help. I thought to myself maybe she had a late night or it's just RBF, so I proceeded to tell her I'm interested in purchasing a watch. She pointed at a cabinet and said our watches are in there. So I awkwardly walked over stunned as I expected her to say a few more words other than a greeting but instead I continued to observe the watches in awkward silence.2 stars for the green, blue and black watches, leaving the store non the wiser of the omega range.I could name every person from every watch store I walked into yesterday at chadstoneEddie from Tag Heuer, Rose from Breitling, Justin from Longines, Katherine from Mont Blanc, Celine from Cartier and Andrew from the pop up IWC. All mentioned stores left me wanting more and excited for at least one watch from their range.So please step up your game omgea Chadstone.

Outstanding customer service from Chuck and the whole team at Omega Chadstone. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and an all round wonderful experience. Highly recommend you visit the store if you are looking to purchase a watch. Can't thank you all enough for my son's beautiful watch

Last few times I've been to this boutiquer, the staff have been friendly and helpful... The grumpy sales girl has been nowhere in sight!Previous negative review:Not very much more annoying on a Saturday morning than a young grumpy sales girl who seems she doesn't like customers that much. Lose the attitude, it doesn't suit the position.
