Exceptional service and excellent advice. Peter is a true health professional and his staff are courteous and helpful. I was treated like a valued customer from my first visit. How rare this is today. When I found myself without a car for a week and unable to pick up a prescription, Peter dropped it to me. I highly recommend Gladesville Pharmacy to everyone.

Our medication was personally delivered when we were isolating. The filling of the script remotely was managed very efficiently. Staff are very friendly and helpful, can not recommend this pharmacy enough.

The pharmacist was telling me that I was taking too much of one of my prescription medication and the damage it can cause. Which would have been ok if he had told only me. But he stayed behind his elevated counter and loudly told me and every one else in the store. I gave him a generic answer, just to shut him up but he yelled out more about my medication. He was totally unprofessional. There were two other customers in the store that heard everything about my prescription because of his yelling out to me instead of walking up to me, to discuss it. I had to go back the next day because he didn't have enough stock. And while I was waiting, i noticed he does the same thing with other customers too.

Peter and his staff are AMAZING! I have a chronic illness and with their help I can always manage my multitude of scripts. They always have my medication in stock (I stopped from shopping at Priceline for this exact reason) and are super helpful with explaining things. Also I find their prices on par with the big chains, even cheaper in some instances! Excellent service as always – I really appreciate it. Thank you! :)

Called the pharmacy to ask about a price for an item, I wanted to find out if they can do a price match like Pharmacy 4 Less at Top Ryde. I could hear the guy in the background responding exceptionally rudely saying that I was wasting his time and that he's not interested. Terrible customer service. I wanted to purchase from my local pharmacy but this level of service was outrageous. They could have simply shared their price for the stocked item and I would have said all good no worries and we would have parted on good terms. All this over an item that cost $6.50.

Best pharmacy and staff ... the down-to-earth pharmacist is always extremely helpful and always goes out of his way to explain the medicine or whatever it is you are getting. He and his staff are lovely and if they don't have something they will order it in. 5 Star service.

Peter literally saved my life by filling out a script while I had COVID, and having it ready for pick up just after hours. Super friendly and made things much easier during this very very difficult time.

I think this is a wonderful, caring, authentic and supportive pharmacy. Their prices are also competitive. Peter is wonderful and I've really appreciated the help from the team and pharmacist here.

I have been coming to see Peter since basically when I was a baby. Him and his staff are reliable and always go above and beyond for their customers. I can always trust he’ll have my prescriptions and if not, he’ll make sure I’ll get it in a few days, if not by the end of that day.
