Totally satisfied!I made a size mistake during the order, the customer service replied very fast to me and change the size of the t-shirt I’ve ordered. Once shipped the item has arrived really fast and it’s perfect!

The folks at Threadheads are awesome! They really care about their customers and want to give them the best experience in purchasing their line of great products. Not a corporate behemoth, but real live, caring people who will directly communicate with their customers. A very rare gem in this corporate dystopian world.

I have ordered a couple of times from Threadheads now, and have always been impressed with the quality of the products. I did however get an item in my last order that wasn't up to the usual standard, so I got in touch to see if i could get some asisstance. Sonia, their customer experience coordinator, reached out promptly and was on the case straight away to help me, and fixed the issue in no time. She went above and beyond to help, and I am really grateful. Thank you Sonia!

Great designs but slightly disappointed with the printing quality. Call me demanding if you will but at that price point I expect it to be perfect and it's not, on three of the shirts that I've ordered, two of them have that defect namely the different layers don't overlap perfectly which is underwhelming. On the white one I can accept that it might be part of the design but not on the black one.

Beautiful shirt, very high quality, but unfortunately I misjudged the size!! They were brilliant in simply refunding my cost and asking for new size needed. On top of THAT they also said don't bother returning the item, just donate it to someone that will like it. Cannot fault them. Customer service was awesome, and now i know my SIZE will be ordering more.
