Was more than happy to assist when purchasing, however no after sales service. Was told to contact the manufacturer directly in an abrupt manner. Manufacturer (GT) was very helpful and disappointed the store wasn't able to help out with such a simple request.

I’ve purchased three bike and a great deal of additional accessories over the past five years from Bicycle Evolution. Found the service to be good. However, the last two consecutive visits resulted in very disappointing service on the verge of being rude from the lady attending to my enquiries. No support with equipment previously purchased. I will not be taking my business to this shop in the future.

Very very poor costumer service. Bought a helmet and decided to return it that afternoon as was to small. Was told no bigger sizes instore he could not give proper qoute on new model or estimated a time for arrival in store or colour range . Wanted refund told NO only store credit and some story about the helmet could have been dropped and needs to go back to supplier to be checked before reselling. Will not shop their again....

Good customer sales when you buy a product but when it comes to after sales service there is none also comes with a very poor attitude. Just want your money and that’s it

Very disappointed in this company! Great customer service when you are purchasing a bike, anything after that is non existent! This guy needs to calm his farm and know how to talk to customers in a decent manner! After purchasing three bikes from this store we won't be back after today's experience! What an absolute disgrace the owners manners are!

Poor customer service.Doesn’t want you touching bikes.Over priced.Needs to learn how to help he’s customers. I went and purchased my bike from a Melbourne store and will never buy from this store again.

Overpriced and the same bloke who is there everytime does cheap easy fixes and charges you an arm and a leg for it. Relative went into hospital a few months back while my bike was being repaired, I asked if it could stay a bit longer after completion while I supported the relative in Hospital, however I was threatened the bike would be put in storage and I'd have to pay a fee if I didn't pick it up there and then. Improve your customer service because its appalling.

My husband had his bike serviced today 27/4/2020 and Robert was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. We will certainly go back to him again. Excellent value for money on sales and service.
