A great store and a fantastic upgrade from the Ruthven Street store. The staff are bright, cheerful and helpful. A vast array of cameras and accessories. Highly recommended.

Expert advice on all your camera needs

Took my camera in for sensor clean. After clean it was only checked on camera screen, which dust spots are rarely visible anyway, instead of putting it on a computer, increasing clarity and zooming.As soon as I walked in I was told of a crack in the viewing screen. This was not there previously. When I touched the screen small shards came off on my finger so obviously recently occurred. This was denied by one of the staff members. Absolutely devastated, such a lack of professionalism.Response to owners concerning the chip - Cathy was not in the store when the camera was dropped off and I was informed of the chip when I picked it up, not when the store received it. After posting on FB it was a colleague who reminded me that only 2 days prior I had actually taken a photo of the back of my camera. On checking this no crack was seen. Another colleague also informed me that the company she uses does a pre inspection check list for this reason I will definitely be going there in future.

A phone call for a charger for an older Canon camera and hey presto it turns up at my place within 3 days. Staff were courteous and helpful and would recommend to any camera enthusiast. Thanks guys.

Don’t go there to process your film. Very bad results at high price. I got fingerprints in my negatives and horrible scans. 1 star is a lot.

Asked to get 2 paintings framed, Got a quote there and then and decided to go ahead. They ordered the frame I had chosen but Sid was not happy with the quality. As it was for my son and husbands Christmas present he said he would do them up so they had something to unwrap on the day. After Christmas I took them back and they were redone and couldn't be happier.
