What they don't tell you is once you make purchase you don't deal with them, all interaction and any enquiries goes through head office, or as I was told by the horrible person on the phone the Hub" handles it all and you will not communicate with the store. If we knew the doors were being made in China and shipped here we would never ever have purchased them. So much for supporting Aussie business.From start to finish

Doors Plus Gosford, Sales Person Brett, very professional arrived on time provided correct solution for our requirements. Carpenter Mike installed the doors, arrived at 7am and left at 9pm I can only say this guy was one of the best tradesmen we have seen and a master carpenter. We could not be happier with the finished job and recommend Doors Plus to anyone.

I found the floor staff pleasant in the showroom to deal with and paid a deposit for a new front door. Unfortunately I’ve had to cancel my order due to financial reasons. I wasn’t offered a refund at the time of cancellation so I called and asked for a refund of my deposit today. I been advised I can’t get my deposit back due to ‘expenses’. Rubbish excuse. I’ll try again on Monday and if unsuccessful will deal directly with the Department of Fair Trading. I had intended to buy from Doors Plus in the future, when and if my finances improve, but not now.Adit:29JUN2023 I am pleased to advise that I received a phone call from DP today. They offered to refund my entire deposit. Thank you DP.

We just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with Joel, the carpenter. He was professional and polite and did a fantastic job installing the doors and cleaned up so thoroughly afterwards. Joel certainly is an asset to Doors Plus and we would highly recommend Doors Plus for your customer service, from our initial consultation and measure with salesman Brett at West Gosford, right through to the installation. Although the staff at the shop are kind and helpful. I strongly suggest that if you are using their builder you avoid Doors Plus. The workmanship is so bad with the architrave is 12mm away from the wall and instead of packing it properly they just wanting to just fill it with No More Gaps, it would have taken about 10 tubes. Not only that the door as 6-8mm gaps and hung crooked. When reported the builder said he does not get paid enough to fix this. I ended up having to fix it myself to a degree but still out of whack as the architrave is fitted out of square. All Doors Plus offered was $100 and a we'll look into it" email

I just made a right choice to replace the entry door by receving a great support from Doors Plus.
