The most amateur manager I’ve seen for a while.Told us a 30 minute wait for chicken at 6pm on a Tuesday. So had to order something else, then received the wrong order (literally got a box of chips with nothing else in it) after driving 15 minutes home. Rang up and spoke to the manager, who wouldn’t even apologise; and then sounded as if she had an attitude when I calmly explained that I shouldn’t have to drive 30 minutes out of my way for their lack of attention to detail.Never again, sorry.EDIT: Was able to pick the food up via a family member passing through. To which the manager explained to my family member that I swore at her, and disrespected her staff members. Will be taking this higher up, absurdly unprofessional.

Drive through menu was not updated so items we had ordered were no longer available so we needed to reselect some of our choices. At the window, the young girl had to retake our drink order. Apparently it wasn’t noted by the first girl taking the order. When we retold her our drink order she advised us they didn’t stick what we wanted, which was Diet Coke. Again the first girl to take our order could have mentioned this. Food was terrible. Burgers literally thrown together without any care. Rooster rolls and hot chips were soggy. Not a pleasant experience for almost $80 worth of food.

Not happy with the manager that was on tonight would not help the young girl at the counter.she told her if you can't handle been busy you don't belong here but the manger wouldn't come out to give her a hand Serve at all. While the guy doing the chicken and chips was just standing out the back shacking his head at the manager were he could of been doing what the manager doing while she could if come out and helped the young girl. While I was waiting to be served customers were walking out because they wasn't getting service the manager needs to find a new job.

The young lady who served me was so polite and nice , and the food was delicious. The young people who work there deserve a pay rise . Great customer service is hard to come by, so keep up the great work!

Good usual service .Seemed a lot of chatter between staff.No newspaper's and didn't know why.Fish was well cooked like the chips. Lovely dressing but not enough.Remember to ask for your Senior's discount if you have a card.Plenty of seating as I was the only customer eating in,but still was given the meal as a takeaway?Plenty of car & motorcycle parking at the service centre.Easy to get back on the Pacific Highway at the lights.Bins were full but not staff never emptying them.

When I ordered drive through there was 0 planning as I sat there for 30 minutes. The manager and other staff were constantly abusing this new employee who my son knew from school. Absolutely appalling behaviour, would not recommend eating here or applying for a job.
