CT Nails

It was my Saturday morning to myself as my husband gave me time to treat myself to a pedi spa. I was disappointed to be treated to a really moody lady and rushed job.It was done in 15 mins and there were only two customers including myself in the salon. I asked several times to make it short but ignored it.She did paint my toe nails nicely but doesn't make up for the way she made me feel.

Will never return to this service! Freezing cold water, chairs that had no comfort and were very hard on my back. Caused bleeding and when asked to stop looked at another nail tech and started wingeing about me. I am a qualified nail technician and they do not follow any hygienic procedures. All staff sat on phones and continued to use clippers to remove skin they should not touch.

Visited thinking I needed to have acrylics removed and replaced with SNS, but the consultant advised to refill and manicure. Glad I did! They were originally done 3 weeks ago at a salon at North Lakes, at which time they looked NOTHING like I requested, I had pictures on my phone and pointed out the shape I wanted on the wall but they turned out nothing like I wanted. CT Nails did the perfect job, the length, shape and colour I wanted, and at a more affordable price. Would 10/10 recommend.

I will never go back to CT nails, not 1 staff member spoke to me. They grunted and pointed at what I had to do. They all spoke in a foreign language and laughed.I really felt like I was inconveniencing them.

worst nail place I’ve been to. The lady who doing my nails was in an awful mood. Not nice at all. Very rushed. Wasn’t nice to the lady who had a disability there too. Never going again

Just awful. Manicure with own nails + shellac - did not push down cuticles, did not cut nails only file and buff, no cuticle oil, no hand massage, no moisturiser. Simply file, buff, colour, wash hands and out. $40 for the pleasure. My nails are not even, the colour isn't to the sides or even around cuticles. They were busy so rushed the service but expect full payment, my advice is save your money! Full set done next to me only paid $20 more. How is that right?

My regular technician was chiclets today and I was in a pinch. I could no believe the absolute mess that was this shop. Multiple customers walked in with appointments only to be told they had to wait 20 minutes as they had taken in too many walk ins and then continued to take in walk ins and leave these poor customers waiting. I asked for coloured tips which I honestly could’ve done myself at home for $55. After only 45 seconds in the UV machine I was rudely told to go and wash my hands and when I said they felt a bit wet I was told off. And they took them off me. I then had to go to another salon to have the nails removed and redone. Ridiculous.

Believe the reviews. Really rubbish service, impatient staff who get annoyed if they have to tell you what to do with your hands or feet, no communication, rushed job. Water was scolding hot, “massage” chair was really just being punched violently in the back when it was eventually turned on. Nails were poorly shaped, gel colour was roughly applied, messy, uneven and they completely ignore any issues with roughly files nails etc then get mad when you ask them to fix it or cut any length off. Only positive I can give is that they don’t charge to remove old gel/shellac where others do. Was so unhappy with their work but they clearly couldn’t care less. Avoid like the plague.

The Lady doing my feet didn’t speak English and grunted at me hitting my leg to move, she hurt me clipping my nails. The massage chair was faulty so I didn’t get to use that feature. I specifically asked for the blade to descale my feet and they were going to use a cheese grater on my heels. I was rushed out with my nails still wet and in putting my shoes on they ruined a toe and filled it so as you can imagine they were a mess by the time I got to the car. NOT HAPPY AT all and never going back there.

If I could rate -0, I would. The emaciated looking guy that was working at the other store, Beauty Stop is there. I lodged a complaint due to him commenting on the colour of my skin before Christmas. I had no idea they were managed by the same people until I read these reviews. He kept looking at me across the room then was told by another staff member to finish my pedicure, all the while I'm sitting there fuming but remembering I'm in public. I told him no, stay away from me after your rude comment at the other store. He rambled on in native tongue to the short bald guy and I repeated the same thing. I said I was happy to wait for someone else but he needs to stay away from me. Disgusting person kept answering his phone yeah" loudly in the shop. Never ever again. These stores need to stop and look at what they are doing to people. They expect to be welcome in our country and not to be judged under racism
