When time came to sell our nice house in Brighton East, we wanted to do it with an agent that will deliver the outcome we were looking for. We looked back at our experiences when we were buyers and we had met an agent that was convivial to work with and highly regarded in the area with great experience of similar property sold in the area.That was Justin and his team. A lazy and unprofessional real estate agency to say the least. If you are a Seller, beware of this agency. As a buyer, I called to enquire about a $6M+ property they had listed for sale. I specifically queried the Director, Justin Follet (who was the main listing agent for the property) as to if the property had a garage or was it a carport as there was conflicting information in their published advertisement. Justin didn't know and had to call me back! I would have thought this was simple information an agent would know about his Vendor's $6M+ property.Secondly, on the return phone call, I was offered the opportunity to inspect this property and I responded by saying that I would get back to him once I spoke to my husband. A week and a half went by and life got busy for us as our 5 year old son had heart surgery. Justin is incredibly personable and has a lovely communication style - terrific for a career in real estate! However, his most admirable skills lie in negotiation and maximising your sale - and undoubtedly we think he is one of the best in the business at this. He is also one of the hardest working agents we have encountered. We would highly recommend him.

I just wanted to share how impressed I was with Siobhan De’Ath.I have bought and sold a number of properties over the years, and more recently had to engage with rental agents around a temporary property while we renovate our home.
