I've dealt with Ron at Hi-Q for many years with many Windows Based PCs. He is trustworthy and has a great depth of knowledge. When he moved from my area in Kogarah, I followed him to his store at Narwee. I recommend his services to anyone who needs assistance.

Lovely customer service and gave lots of detail on procedure to help my non-technical background understand. :) They also didn't push anything onto me, just went in -> laptop service/clean -> next day it's ready for pickup. <3
