I cringe even thinking of this so called company who are meant to be providing services, but are non existent to the client. The most unprofessional agency I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Rude, arrogant, condescending and unreliable.

W A R N I N G!!!!!do not use this company that can't,and does not provide care charge what they like MERCY YR ALL ABOUT THE DOLLAR AND DONT CARE FOR PEOPLE,yr a slack,unprofessional company that should be ordited,you raught the government,charge for services,with no service provided,you done nothing 4 my dad,and everything for yr pockets, I will be looking into this unprofessional business,you should be shut down,I can't say anything good,omg and the lies,nothing good,

unable to provide consistency and bad nursing management of wound care, unable to communicate or resolve any problems, inconsistent days of management, terminated services without explanation of service this is very bad and no i would not recommend.

Absolutely love mercy care, outstanding service in the office and new management team - Louise is absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t be more proud and privileged to be apart of mercy. Smiles and thumbs up all around
