Got there with an issue of my on/off trigger switch. Was informed that it's a known issue and it's free of charge. They fixed it on the spot. Staff was very polite, happy and professional.I felt like genuinely and honestly treated. That's what 5 Star customers service is about. Going above average.

Popped to the office to have my Dyson looked at. Met the wonderful Sam, offered to look at the issues on the spot and see what could be done. Fixed the trigger and tube within 10mins and bang!! No cost. There were 3 other customers in front of me that had the same experience.Unreal!!! Welcome to the team there and Sam!! Fantastic service!

I was amazed how great Dyson customer service team was! This was my first time here and they went out and beyond to get my V8 back up and running with providing me with spare parts I needed.Thank you so much, I’m so glad I bought my second Dyson vacuum as well, knowing that there’s professional and caring staff to look after you!

These guys are professionals in delivering an impeccable service experience. They quickly repaired and returned my vacuum cleaner, which now works like new. Highly recommended! These guys are genius! I can't recommend them enough!

Helpful and efficient staff member. Explain the problem and the cost to fix my dryer, end up replacing a new one with half of the RRP + 2 yrs warranty.

Wow, I did not expect the service I got and the value for money the general service was. I was in and out in a space of 10 mins. There was also a cute tiny Pomeranian that would give you kisses at the desk should you wish to receive them. Definitely won't think twice if I need something fixed on my Dyson vacuum. Would recommend.

Fantastic helpful staff replaced my dead 5 year old battery and two filters leaving me with an as-new vacuum. They even threw in a new redesigned floor tool with wheels I can clean more easily and a new cord. $179 for the lot and so much better (and sustainable) than buying a new machine. Thank you, Dyson. Love great service.

After returning twice before to collect my Dyson Heat Cool Link fan, with a repair that could not be replicated, Taryn listened to my description of the fault, tested, replicated it and had repairs commenced within 20 mins, completed within a couple of hours. To Taryn and the team working that day great job, changed star rating from a 1 to a 4.
