Shore Dental

I looked for some time and at several practices before I chose Shore Dental to undergo some extensive restorative dental treatment.The reasons were many. I cannot speak more highly of Dr James Cooke and Isa who have treated me so proficiently and professionally with what was a difficult and time consuming treatment. They were always caring and reassuring throughout the treatment, and their expertise in the field is impressive.The dental hygienist Leanne Amber was also extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The reception staff, Julie and Lisa are friendly, welcoming and informative, and took the time to explain in detail many of the procedures I needed to know with regard to health funds, payment and claiming, as well as general dental care.The rooms are pleasant and inviting, and beautiful, giant photographs on the wall take your mind off the work that has to be carried out.All in all, it has been a really positive experience and I would thoroughly recommend the practice.

I can't speak highly enough of Shore Dental! Dr. James Cooke is calm, gentle and highly experienced dentist who is focused on long term results. Excellent service from all staff at the clinic who are very well trained and knowledgeable.

I was so impressed with the level of service I experienced with Shore Dental. Right from the initial phone call, the friendly and welcoming faces at the front desk, to being made feel comfortable with the whole dental experience by Dr Wilcox and the nurses. I recently had an appointment with one of the dental hygienists as well, and was amazed at how thoroughly they cleaned my teeth. I would most definitely recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a quality, friendly dental practice.

I would rate this practice the best in Sydney, and I have tried a few. Ben is highly skilled and a perfectionist, his approach is honest, he tells you what can be and should be done and he accommodates apps as much as he can if it's possible... in fact, his flexibility saved me for my holiday when I had a major urgent issue! I was seen almost immediately while all other surgeries turned me down. As for the results, they are fab, he is just talented and very precise. I had root canal treatment and crowns, flawless result, I highly recommend him and his team. The ladies at reception are professional and lovely, you feel very valued and looked after. Even if I move the area I will only go to Shore Dental for my treatments

Ben's been my dentist for a while. Its just a better experience than previous dentists. You can choose your own music, the people are all so friendly and the way they approach procedures just gives you lots of confidence. It really feels like you are in the best hands with the latest techniques and equipment, and its all explained as you go. As pleasant a dental experience as you will get!

As a fellow medical professional, I cannot recommend Shore Dental enough. From the front of house to Jenna, Amanda and Ben; the service and results are outstanding. My family have been attending this practice for years and I finally made an appointment at the behest of my wife. I've had the regular dental maintenance plus some restorative cosmetic dental work and could not be happier with the results. This expertise combined with Ben's knowledgable approach and warm bedside manner (not to mention the good music) has made a great experience.

Absolutely exceptional team at Shore Dental!!From the moment I phoned for my appt with the lovely ladies at reception (Jules and Lisa), to hours of dental work with James & his crew, the calm professionalism, care and attention to detail assured me I was always in good hands!To be given the confidence to smile on my wedding day without embarrassment was priceless. I've been to many dentists and I can honestly say the best work I've had done is at this practice. The whole experience is amazing but the most impressive aspect is the quality of their dentistry. They will even be honest with you if, for whatever reason, they believe another specialist can get you a better outcome. When does that happen these days? Highly recommend this practice.
