Rude condescending staff at Tamworth. Plus unlike other imaging companies where MRI's are bulk billed, I had to come up with $600 without warning. When I queried it, I was in the wrong according to the pompous staff!!

A little wait, but you expect that. Very professional.

My elderly mother had two appointments made by Tamworth hospital for scans. She went into the Tamworth Castlereagh imaging after leaving hospital to book them in. She was told by one of the staff they could do them on the same day and they would bulk bill her. She was so relieved and spoke highly of the woman she spoke to.BUT when the day came to have them done she said the staff were different and very rude and dismissive and charged her for both scans! And said she must have not understood what they said, trouble with that is my sister was there when she made the appointment and heard exactly what was said!So beware if your elderly and they tell you they'll bulk bill!!

Friendly & helpful staff. They made me as comfortable as possible for my procedures. Payment plans available.

Just called Castlereagh Imaging to get the price for an Xray - just a walk-in. They quoted $150 of which I would get about $50 back meaning I am out of pocket $100 if I go to them. East Tamworth Medical Imaging quoted $102 for EXACTLY the same service of which I would get about $50 back meaning I would be out of pocket by about $50. Gee guess which one I will be using

Firstly I received a drs Ultrasound request from the hospital to take to any ultrasound place to have the scan done.I chose this place since I had never had a problem in the past.I then get told come in Thursday with given information and price.I come for my appointment lay down and get ready to then have the lady tell me that what the dr gave me was not a script that I needed a script I came 35minutes away from Tamworth knowing flooding was going on as well so I didn’t want to be coming in as it was wasted a trip in for that and then they tell me to get a script as the only day available is Monday and I’m due to have my baby Wednesday.when my usual Dr is closed Friday the day after the mess around I decided to call hospital in Quirindi and they said no drs will be on so there’s no possible way of even getting the script to have my ultrasound on the only day they said available.Ridiculous not happy

Extremely rude and careless staff. We have got there 10min early but we have been blamed that came 10 min late. The ridiculous thing is that was told us rude after one hour wait. Then asked to come back after another hour whuch is 2hours waste of time. And importantly no apology. Don't care about someone else time they said they busy doing things so cannot inform us earlier and left us waiting hours.
